About the therapist

Loreto qualified in Therapeutic Massage Therapy at the London College of Massage in 2009, and since then she has obtained qualifications and experience in other therapies which she  combines when providing treatment.

She continues to qualify in further complementary therapies that can be used alongside the core techniques.

Loreto offers a bespoke approach and has a specific interest in helping patients with neurological injuries.

Massage is a useful tool to help the circulatory, lymphatic, digestive, nervous, immune and muscular systems to work together in harmony, with the added benefit of relaxation and an overall sense of wellbeing, it removes physical tensions and allows our minds to be

clutter-free and calm.
